Returns

• We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
• Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at ibeeprinting@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)

We will reply within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
